LED driver ICs
All types of LED driver ICs are designed: from low cost linear driver IC, that allow to renounce from inductances, transformers and electrolytic capacitors, to high performance switching isolated driver IC.
These ICs let to reach the following parameters in LED drivers of lamps and fixtures:
- Life time more than 40,000 h (life time of ICs is more than 25 years);
- Temperature range -40…650C (ICs temperature range is -40…1250C);
- Wattage from 3W for E14, E27 bulbs to 22W for fixtures and T8 tubes;
- Luminous flux from 250 to 2500 Lm;
- Efficiency more than 85…90%;
- Power Factor more than 0.9…0.95.
Any custom ICs of LED drivers can be designed.

Motor driver ICs
Proposed device set delivers everything you need to design a simple Intelligent Power Module (IPM) of motor drives mainly targeting low power inverter-driven application like air conditioner and washing machine and fans.
The typical IPM is used high side driver high voltage ICs (HV ICs) and low side drivers IC and six MOSFET or six pair of IGBT+UFD. It combines optimized circuit protection and drive matched to low-loss IGBTs and MOSFETs. System reliability is further enhanced by the under-voltage lock-out and short circuit protection. The high speed HV ICs provides optocoupler-less single-supply IGBT (MOSFET) gate driving capability.
